Since Dylan has been sick I have been banned from the child center at Lifetime so I haven't been able to work out. This does not make me a happy girl. That is my time everyday where I get to just unwind and do something for myself. Colin was nice enough to watch the kids during dinner time so I could go work out. Im in a much better mood already and this is the picture I got on my phone while I was working out...

aah the gym it is also my "get away" "me time" and my kids are practically grown up!! Good for you getting to get a way from the hectic life of a mom each day! It will keep your sanity and make you a better momma I guarentee it!
